If you have contacted us outside our opening hours, we endeavour to respond to your query within one working day.
Public Holidays: We are closed on all national public holidays including Auckland Anniversary.
Christmas Hours: We are generally always closed over the Christmas and New Year periods for approximately 2 weeks. Any orders placed between this time will not be sent until the New Year. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Click and Collect:
If you live in the Hamilton area and would like to pick up your order, please select the Click and Collect option during checkout. Alternatively, you can purchase from us directly - please contact us before visiting our warehouse. We can only accept cash on premises; however, bank transfers, credit card/PayPal payments can be processed online. Bank transfers must be cleared before goods are collected - this will usually take one working day.
