Before you request a refund, please call 0800 246 000 or email biopronz@xtra.co.nz so we can discuss why our products did not work for you. Our customer service team is also able to offer expert cleaning advice for removing odours and stains easily and effectively; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can request a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Form.

Terms and Conditions

1. You must contact us if you are not satisifed with your purchase within 30 days

2. We will email or post you a form that must be filled out and either emailed, faxed or posted back to us

3. We may request that any remaining product is returned to us

4. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment

5. Refunds may be refused if previously issued for the same product

6. All requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis
