We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or send us an enquiry. For example, we may need to provide our courier provider with your phone number if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We use PayPal, an online payment service that allows you to safely and securely submit your credit card details or use an existing PayPal account without sharing your financial information with us. This means that while we can receive your payment and provide partial or full refunds, we can not access or store your credit card details. We also do not take credit card details over the phone as we do not write or record down our customers credit card information.

We do not currently use cookies. Cookies are small files which are stored on a user's computer and are designed to hold a small amount of data specific to a particular user to create a personalised experience while browsing on particular a website.
